  Karen Mehta gave me an absolutely horrible experience. Karen Mehta was the advisor that had worked with me and she was simply rude the entire time. This is my first time filing taxes and I've never been so appalled at such blatantly horrible customer service. She refused to finish my taxes after I had spent 4 hours there, and I asked her why did she not tell me this before I spent my time there, she rudely told me that she had wasted her time on me. I will never be coming back here again and I will be calling H&R Block corporation. This experience has just caused me to never want to come back again.
